Terms of sale
1. Seller and scope
F4HIK-LAB, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU), share capital €100.00, registered office: 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. SIREN 109 535 203 — SIRET 109 535 203 00011 — Paris Trade and Companies Register 109 535 203 — EU VAT FR79 109 535 203 — APE 47.91B. These terms govern distance sales of new products concluded through the F4HIK-LAB shop with consumers. Customers must accept them before confirming an order.
2. Products and compatibility
Essential characteristics, power, configuration and price are shown on each product page. Customers must provide the exact rotor model and mains voltage. The cable, connector, pinout and configuration are prepared for the declared rotor.
If compatibility is uncertain, customers must contact F4HIK-LAB before ordering. Photographs and illustrations are not contractual.
3. Prices, VAT and shipping
Prices are stated in euros excluding tax and including tax, with French VAT at 20%. Shipping costs are calculated after the address is entered and displayed before the order is finally confirmed. An order outside the European Union customs territory remains subject to prior approval by F4HIK-LAB before payment is enabled.
The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is confirmed. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges outside France are payable by the customer.
4. Ordering
The customer selects products, checks the cart, enters addresses and configuration, calculates shipping, accepts these terms and confirms using the “Order with obligation to pay” button. Information may be corrected before confirmation.
An acknowledgement containing the order number, contents and total is sent by email. F4HIK-LAB may refuse or cancel an order in the event of clearly incorrect information, technical incompatibility, suspected fraud or non-payment.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full in euros using Stripe/Klarna, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the methods offered during checkout. Bank transfers must include the order number as the reference; bank details are provided after confirmation. Manufacturing begins once payment has been confirmed.
Products marked “Pre-order” are also paid in full when ordered. Their manufacture and delivery follow the firm date or period shown on the product page and repeated before payment is confirmed.
Card, Klarna and PayPal payments are processed through Stripe’s or PayPal’s secure interfaces. F4HIK-LAB neither collects nor stores payment-card numbers.
Products remain the property of F4HIK-LAB until paid in full, without affecting transfer of risk to the consumer upon physical possession.
6. Manufacturing and delivery
For a pre-order, the delivery date or period displayed on the product page and expressly accepted during checkout is the agreed delivery period. For other products, unless a different period is expressly agreed before ordering, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Manufacturing and shipping progress is available in the customer account. In the event of delay, consumers have the rights provided by French consumer law.
Customers should check the parcel on delivery and promptly report any issue to the carrier and F4HIK-LAB; this does not limit their statutory warranties.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving a reason, by an unambiguous statement sent to contact@f4hik-lab.fr or by post to the registered office. They then have 14 days to return the goods. Direct return costs are payable by the consumer.
F4HIK-LAB refunds the sums due, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the goods are recovered or proof of return is supplied. A reduction may be made for handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature and operation of the product.
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This exception will only apply where the relevant personalisation was clearly identified and expressly requested before ordering.
Model withdrawal form
To F4HIK-LAB, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France — contact@f4hik-lab.fr: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date and signature (only if sent on paper).
8. Statutory warranties and after-sales service
Consumers have two years from delivery to invoke the statutory conformity warranty. They are entitled, free of charge and without major inconvenience, to repair or replacement within 30 days. Depending on the circumstances, they may obtain a price reduction or cancel the contract. Repair extends the initial warranty by six months. These rights arise under Articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the French Consumer Code. Consumers also benefit from the hidden-defects warranty under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code for two years from discovery of the defect.
Claims must be sent to contact@f4hik-lab.fr with the order number and a description of the defect. Damage caused by incorrect wiring or voltage, modification, impact or use contrary to the documentation is not a lack of conformity.
9. Complaints and mediation
Complaints must first be sent in writing to contact@f4hik-lab.fr or to the registered office. If unresolved, consumers may use the consumer mediator appointed by F4HIK-LAB free of charge.
Mediator details: membership pending. They must be added before final commercial launch.
10. Telephone marketing
Consumers who do not wish to receive telephone marketing calls may register free of charge on the French Bloctel opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr). F4HIK-LAB does not use order contact details for telephone marketing without a lawful basis.
11. Personal data
Processing related to accounts and orders is described in the privacy policy linked in the footer. Customers may exercise their rights at contact@f4hik-lab.fr.
12. Evidence, retention and governing law
Electronic records, emails and order data kept under reasonable security conditions constitute evidence of transactions. Contracts worth at least €120 are retained for ten years and customers may request a copy.
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable statutory rules.
